I wanted to give Mackenzie a chance to make good on something that was clearly screwed up, but she's effectively ghosted me. I booked her for a Brazilian and lash lift and tint on December 8th. Brazilian was ok. Spotty in places and definitely a lot of wax left on my skin. I've had better and I feel like the place is not private enough. It definitely wasn't private enough when another customer came in at the end of my lift and I feel like that might be why I was rushed out of there. I really don't think it was left on long enough to develop and I've had other lash lifts that came out beautifully. Hers did not lift at all. I immediately sent a message when I was still parked outside. I showed her an example of how mine have looked before. And she said she couldn't guarantee those results because of not knowing what product was used. I mean, I'm not an expert, but the effect should be the same regardless of product used. In the end, she said she'd do it over. That was December 9th. I immediately asked if we could book in February. Nothing. I asked again four days ago and she hasn't responded. I paid in cash so there is zero recourse for me in getting my money back and it wasn't cheap. Mackenzie, you came highly recommended and I'm super disappointed.
